I was brought up in Kenya and being surrounded by fresh organic food, I have always been a foodie and passionate about healthy eating. This led me into obtaining a Bachelor (BSc) Hons degree in Nutrition and a registered member with the Association for Nutrition (ANutr). I have worked for leading food and dietary supplement companies, have developed new products and have deep experience within the food and drink industry. My experience of working in a pharmacy has built my drug and nutrient interaction knowledge which helps me in devising very specific health goals to suit individual body needs.
I believe in knowing what you eat and where it comes from is important, and hence I love visiting countries and places that promote healthy nutrition and well-being. This has grown my natural interest for multinational cuisines, which allows me to incorporate beneficial elements into your personal diet plans.
My holistic and evidence-based approach has shown great outcomes for sustainable health and lifestyle goals. I understand that we are all different people and we each need tailored advice. I work with individuals to achieve their personal health and fitness goals by understanding the root cause and guiding them through very bespoke diet and lifestyle plans.
